We love our Brown School community and try to take that connection and share it with the greater Somerville Community. This committee organizes various drives including the Winter Clothing drive, Food Insecurity Drive, and Diaper Drive to collect for those in our community that are struggling. We try to get the students engaged in this as well. We work together with a local book store Porter Square Books to do a book fair and fulfill teacher and library book wishlists. We deal with the logistics of a winter Giving Tree during the holiday season for our community and Somerville Homeless Coalition clients. We are always excited for new ideas and of course can use any help you have to offer.
